Image Kind FAQs
About Imagekind.com Payment Method?
Imagekind.com offers two methods for commission payment to its members. These are check and Paypal. For the check option, the name the check is to be written to is required. For Paypal, the email address used to sign in to the Paypal account is needed. Payments are issued around the 15th of the month. Paypal payments are generally received within a day, while checks may take a few days to arrive, depending on the mailing address. As for the payment methods accepted by Imagekind for purchasing art, these include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. Orders can be placed online through their secure server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, orders can also be placed over the phone, after which a secure link will be emailed for payment.
About Imagekind.com Prices and Cost?
Imagekind.com is an online marketplace that allows artists to sell their artwork. It offers a free account which includes three free galleries. Artists can choose to upgrade to a Pro or Platinum account for additional features. The cost of a Pro account is $7.99 per month or $94.99 annually, and a Platinum account costs $11.99 per month.
Artists set their own prices for their artwork. This is done by adding a markup to the base price set by Imagekind. For example, if the base price for an 8"x10" print is $9.49 and an artist sets a markup of 150%, the retail price to a buyer will be $23.72. This includes the base price and the artist's markup.
In addition to selling prints, artists can also earn a commission on framing sold with any of their prints. Payments are issued around the 15th of the month, as long as the artist has accumulated at least $50 in earnings. Payment options include check or PayPal.
It's important to note that the success of an artist on Imagekind largely depends on how actively they market their portfolio. The platform encourages artists to promote their unique Imagekind URL, which directs people to their Imagekind Portfolio.

Imagekind.com Return Policy?
Imagekind.com has a detailed return policy. If a customer is not satisfied with their wall art, they can contact Imagekind within 14 days of receiving the order for an exchange, which incurs an additional shipping fee. A full refund can be issued within the same 14-day period, but the shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns and exchanges made 15 days after the delivery date may be charged an additional 40% processing fee based on the amount paid on the order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date.
In terms of the shipping policy, Imagekind offers three shipping options: Ground, Two Business Day, and Next Business Day. For canvas prints, Imagekind reserves the right to rush production in-house and ship via Ground Shipping to achieve the estimated delivery date. In this case, the rush delivery fee will be applied to a rush production fee. The rush production and shipping method will be determined on a case by case basis. Imagekind reserves the right to change shipping partners as they determine (e.g., international shipments, etc). All items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect the frame and print while in transit from Imagekind's facilities to the customer's home.
If an order arrives damaged or defective, the workmanship of the canvas is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. Imagekind will fix the problem as quickly as possible if notified.
Please note that the international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery.
